The process was extremely easy and seamless. Customer care is phenomenal and they kept us informed in detail every step of the way. They overachieved their promised amount of reduction for our property taxes, and did it in a lot less time than they has initially promised. AND they only charge their fee when the tax reduction is a fact! Highly recommend!
