Terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks on a quote.. called after the first week and was told they were still working on it.
If there was an option to leave a review with zero stars, that is the option I would have chosen. I have called Peggy five times over the last month to get my insurance canceled and finally received a call back today. Her excuse was this is the only voicemail that was transmitted today when I have recordings of me leaving her a voicemail currently I am being charged for two auto insurances on the same vehicle, which is illegal in the state of Ohio Because this insurance agent has not responded Until today.
