We called these folks in the beginning because we got a letter from them. So after we called I had to call them twice more to try and get ahold of the appropriate sales rep. They finally after 2 weeks, did send out someone to take pictures and talk to us about our needs and concerns. We were assured prompt follow up and no problem service.
