Dr.Welshofer, having observed how you helped my best friend, after all others had failed, I trusted you to help me in 2022 when I could barely walk. I not only began walking, but running , as well. After the 10/28/25 injury resulted in a B12 burst and L1 fracture which jutted INTO the spinal column treatment was not an option. My experience with Dr. John Welshofer at Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine helps restore my faith in the medical field. It is inspiring to find a doctor who actually listens to you, gives you his undivided attention and is truly interested in solving your problem. I had an issue that I put off seeing a doctor because I am not interested in wasting time, money, or taking medication to mask a symptom and I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong on all counts. I highly recommend Dr. Welshofer.
Dr. Welshofer is a friendly, humorous, professional spine doctor who does a great job of setting you at ease during the shot injection process. I have had 2 injection appointments and the pain was minimal hence the term he used, little stick. I would recommend him and his team for sure. They will take care of you.
Dr. Welshofer has made a significant difference in my ability to function and is responsible for a huge improvement in my quality of life. He has been my partner in this medical journey for 7 years now and I could not ask for a kinder, more caring and knowledgeable physician in my corner. He is a blessing.
Great doctor. Has done wonders with my back injections. I have spinal stenosis and this has totally mitigated the psin. Highly recommend Dr. Welshofer!
