I have been to different doctors in Lebanon over the years and have never found a doctor that actually listens to me and my concerns until now. My doctor at Union Community not only listened to my concerns, she had answers for all my questions and showed true genuine care. I would, and already have, referred her to my friends. From the reception/ check in area to the nurse that triaged me to my doctor everyone was pleasant and professional!

Quality.compliance@unioncomcare.org doesn’t answer when you try to get something resolved they asked you to email about. The 2.7 star reviews are correct. I would type more but have wasted enough time with them. I’ve been offered the “let’s work through this together” speel by them before and nothing changed-it’s google review lip svc. Answer why my prescription is late monthly although I follow the 72 hr rule? Then I’ll email quality compliance. Y’all are so late with this you couldn’t even figure it out by the review.
