I shopped around and saw local jewelers and major online stores. I decided to work with Kevin to upgrade my engagement ring because of the quality of customer service. He had 6 different diamonds shipped to his shop so I could actually see them with my own eyes for free of charge while other places would charge a 20 to 50% down payment just to see a diamond. That service alone stood out. I found a diamond that met all of my criteria within my budget. I highly recommend him.
