Please rename the store! Comes up in searches for hardware store. It's totally fine to be an appt only bike repair shop but I didn't love biking here to pick up some screws only to find out that it's closed unless someone has set up an appt
It seems this place is never open when it should be. Went over at 1:00pm on a Saturday and it’s closed. This is probably the least convenient and handy hardware store in the neighborhood if not the city- I can never get what I need even if by some miracle they are open. I don’t recommend Jack’s hardware for anyone that needs to get home projects done in a timely or predictable manner. Welna II was such a fine establishment. Don’t know what it’s going to be now. When it was Jack’s: absolutely nothing to be happy about. Of course they closed up. It was stupid for them to change what was a great neighborhood hardware store. Bad on you Jack. When it was Welna II: This is a great neighborhood store. I go here specifically because I get the help I need. The staff are great. This is what all shopping experiences should be like.
