There is a reason why the machines are always open... – We paid for our memberships up front for a whole year. We ended up moving away 6 months into it (JOB TRANSFER) and had to forfeit all the $$$ we had paid upfront. THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! In fact their contract even states that they will not refund money even in the event that they cease to do business! It gets worse... so after moving away I didn't really spend my days thinking about the contract I had signed a year earlier. Turns out they will automatically continue... read more
The place is a DUMP! – This place is AWFUL! I was sexually harrassed by Trainer Tracey Evans and injuried they refuse 2 fire him and they have the nerve to harrass me and not let me out of my contact after certified letter. They care nothing about membership they even have people smoking crack in the bathrooms! WELL WORXS IS UNSAFE also tanning bed 1980's model spend no money on this place
WellWorx is great! – I love WellWorx! It is has everything that my family was looking for. The equipment and service are great, and the training staff is especially friendly. They will match you with someone to fit your specific needs. Their swimming pools is recently remodeled, their tennis courts are great, and the gym is always clean. I recommend it to all of my friends!
More here than any other club – Been a member since 2004. Seen this place come a long way. Still not the newest kid on the block, but their training staff is available. I like to do everything and get bored with just weights and cardio and the pools and racquetball suit me just fine. Just re-did the pool area too. Some staff have a bit to go, but that's true everywhere in Memphis.
