First time going into this store. Was really impressed by the friendliness and knowledgeable staff as well as the cleanliness of the store. I will definitely return in the future.
I have shopped at this Wellwise store many times. The store has a very good variety of in stock items. I find the staff to be generally helpful. Sylvain is an excellent staff member and he is polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable about the products, always asks if I need any help moving the items to my car and ensures that the correct PC points are added to my account with the purchases.
Do not go here. Misleading information given about points. Cpap mask fitting was with stinky unclean used masks and I was sold a mask that was unable to be properly cleaned and replacement parts were not supported
I rarely provide negative reviews, and although I like Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM), I will not shop at this particular Wellwise (owned by SDM) going forward. I chose Wellwise for my CPAP needs, but nearly from the outset, communication was poor, help was rarely available, and without notification, my credit card was charged for the cost of the machine (CPAP) and nasal pillow (~$1,400.00) - despite the fact that I have insurance coverage for both items.
