While travelling I had forgot to bring my cpap mask along and stopped into the Sudbury location to purchase a new one. Allan was very friendly, greeted me when I entered the store, assisted me with the purchase and wished me a good day which in this day was a pleasant surprise.

So helpful to find what I need & if they don’t carry it they suggest a place that would. Now that is service an ancient art is alive in this store.
