Had to give 1 star, 0 stars isn’t an option. Just as bad as Community Mental Health Wollongong. High staff turnover, seem to employ young people out of Uni. Staff have zero to little mental health training. Higher ups have little training also and a god complex, won’t take your criticisms or complaints seriously. Very buddy buddy. Do not go here if you have serious mental health issues, it’ll make your condition worse, not better.
Could recommend the Wollongong team highly enough. They strongly instill recovery, hope an faith back into your life. They're definitely a team that genuinely cares, thats hardworking and a team that wants what's best for you. I couldn't have achieved what I have without them. Well done wellways your truly amazing
