Really good; they genuinely care and know their stuff. Would be great to have broader range of services but only so much funding to go round.
Not trauma informed. You're told you can ask for a different support worker but treated poorly when you do. Support workers can cancel appointments at literally a moment's notice for any reason, but if the client needs to change an appointment time even once, due to circumstances outside their control, this is seen as unwillingness to participate.
