horrible. i wish i could say otherwise but it was so bad. i had a first meeting with my allocated worker and she was awful, spent the entire time talking to me about her cats and her life, and when i spoke about mine she was quite rude and condescending. not sensitive at all, also never asked me any questions or made a plan for the future. nothing
