pre-scheduled a ride two days in advance and was told to be ready at 7:30 am for my childs 8am appointment. got my one month old ready on time and waited for more than 40 minutes and no one showed up or even called. will not be even attempting to use this service again we will walk in the snow next time
I thought LCP was bad these people take the cake, they don’t know how to do the most basic of their jobs and have no compassion for you whatsoever considering it’s a medical transport it’s ridiculous.
MHS need to switch back to LCP they dont know what they doing. Hate to be the person to leave a review like this. They dont know how to schedule rides probably or ask the right questions. After I told them I filed a grievance through my insurance for the vendor My mother's Keeper they are going against that and still put me with them for another trip. They dont seem to understand why they can't send at Lyft for ABA transportation.
BRING LCP NACK. HAD TO TALK TO THREE DIFFERENT REPS TO CONFIRM MY TRIPS. FIRST REP SOUND LIKE SHE WAS IN BED AND KEPT ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER. THEY ARE GOOD WITH PICKING UP AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IS OVER WITH. I ALWAYS REQUEST THE SAME DRIVER FOR ALL MY APPOINTMENTS. VERY PROFESSIONAL OF HER
