WellTrans has the goofiest sign up policy. Wait 30 days or more for email. You finally get it. Only too pate cause expires in 24hrs. People dont always check email that quickly. Especially after such a long wait. I could probably get White House clearance faster.
Only because you have to give a star. But the rudest worst transportation company so bad the news showed up at the clinic because they canceled everyone's trip then blamed on the drivers this is anthems transportation they use AND ITS THE WORST!!! ASK ANYONE THAT HAS TO USE THEM happy 4th of July people and hope you take this to hart
This company is horrible. I have missed my appointments 4 times in 3 weeks. I have to go to my appointments. They say they are sending a driver and then they are running late and then just don't show up. You are dealing with patients that obviously need medical transportation to medical appointments. You can't just miss doctor appointments, physical therapy, dialysis, or any other important medical appointment. I'm calling every one I can call because this is insane. And it's also the transportation companies they work with.... read more
If you book a ride through these guys you should probably have a back up plan. They love to say it's all settled and then not even show up. Also, if you book a ride at a specific time of day, be prepared that entire day because they'll just show up if they decide to. Just another bad company trying to make a quick buck.
I don't even know this company. Someone used my phone once and now I get a text message regarding that person. Don't have contact with that person anymore. Notified the Lyft drivers numerous times of the mistake, asked that my number be removed. No luck. Very annoying and frustrating. Even left messages with Wells Trans and still no help.
