Spent 5 hours in the er waiting room with my elderly mother waiting to be seen. They drew blood in an office cubicle and then we waited several more hours. We then got referred to a specialist, was given basic prescriptions and waited another 2-3 to be discharged FROM THE WAITING ROOM. I'll have to be dying before I returned to this hospital.
