I do not recommend this management company. We were in our previous location twelve years. When Welltower took over everything changed. They took our onsite maintenance guy away and split him between countless properties. They fired the manager onsite and replaced her with someone else who was later fired as well. We had a holdover fee since our new building was not completed on schedule. They did not bill us for the holdover fees until four months after we left.
