Saturday we had an incident with a 2 week old puppy and went to the Wellsville Veterinary Hospital for help. It was a spur of the moment thing and closing time for them. They saw the puppy, tried to help. We didn't want to leave the puppy there, so they gave us some supplies for her. We knew it was not a good prognosis and asked what the fee was. Staff are professional and kind. Dr. Lopez is great with my dog. We are lucky to have him here.
Dr. Lopez and staff are hands down the best. They took the time and helped our Dreamers broken leg when other places immediately pushed surgery with no guarantees. They treated her like a princess while she was there. They are kind, caring and compassionate. Any time I call for an update if one of our cats are there I am transferred to Dr. Lopez and he provides the update himself. He is always professional and explains everything. We couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of our babies. The 45 minute drive is worth it!
Absolutely the most compassionate veterinary practice I have ever been to ! The pet is definitely not only physically cared for but emotionally as well!! I would with 100% full confidence take my pet to this office and know I was getting the best service available.
