Wellsville Family Dental is an amazing establishment! If I could give them more then 5 stars I definitely would. I'm terrified of the dentist and they made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back to them for all of the dentistry needs. They don't just make you feel like another patient they make you feel like family. I had to get a few teeth pulled and they were able to use laughing gas and I felt no pain! Everytime I call they don't ever answer any phone calls even if you call them 3 times in a row and if you leave a message the don't ever return your phone call just very bad business over all and thats why im giving them a 1 star
Horrible dentist messed up my root canal and then dropped my insurance the next day and left me like that.
Dentist seemed very nice but the office never called back to schedule the extractions!!! I’ve left multiple messages. Maybe it’s because I asked for post op pain meds but they should Prescribe them instead of telling patients to go to the PCP. PCP’s prescribe pre surgery anxiety meds but not typically post op meds. That should be the dentist. It’s appalling that oral surgeons (young surgeons with perfect teeth who obviously never needed serious dental torture work done) won’t prescribe it!! Or call back even without the meds... read more
This dental office is the absolute best. My husband and I both had appointments today. We loved the Dr, front desk ladies and office staff so much. It's such a comfortable atmosphere and we're both very impressed with how easy it was to get in and get our teeth repaired on the first visit.
