Went in for two wisdom teeth. Difficult ones. The top one went fine then the bottom one came. Doctor kept me in constant pain. Ridiculed me when I wasn't doing what he expected me to assume. Nursing and support staff top notch. The doctor is very inexperienced and doesn't know his place in the world yet.
This has got to be the worst dental experience I have ever had, I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth out in early January and a week before the appointment they tell me their anesthesiologist won’t be in till February! And even then they weren’t sure when in February. DO NOT GO HERE. I set up an appointment ALMOST A YEAR ago and I got canceled and then I set up an appointment after FIR FEBRUARY FOR A CLEANING AND A CONSOLATION FOR WISDOM TEETH AND they canceled it TODAY, As I have noted many times before making and calling them to make sure this appointment is set up for February they said it would be and cancel it again they are irresponsible they do not make for thier patients DO NOT go here my teeth are KILLING ME IN PAIN and constant headaches and THEY KNOW THIS and will be taking leg... read more
This place will preauthorize and get approval for a procedure , keep you waiting for your appointment until the Friday before then cancel the appointment on you. They are running a scam and several people have reported them to insurance companies and NYS for fraud. Happened to three family members personally
Waited 3 moths for an appointment, when I called to confirm, was told that they have a problem with my insurance company & cancelled the appointment. Absolutely wild. Very unprofessional. Thanks for wasting MONTHS of my time.
