They have horrible customer service, they act like you’re inconveniencing them by calling. You have to call multiple times for them to even pick up the phone and when you want to get in touch with your doctor they won’t answer the phone either. The NP I had literally ignored me after I said I didn’t want to be on a certain medication. I said multiple times I didn’t want it cause I hated it the first time I was on it and she kept insisting I just needed a higher dose. I loved Wellspring which is part of Wellstone when I first started going there. I was seeing Dr. Roark as my psychiatrist and Sally as my therapist. Dr. Roark retired and I was assigned Sharon. Sharon is great. Sally was a great therapist but she left to start her own practice. Sally was helping me work through trauma and we were making so much progress. She ended up leaving soon after we started making major progress. I was put with a therapist I will call L. During sessions with L, it’s awkward. She seems robotic at times ... read more
