I have had my imaging done at this facility twice and both time it was a great experience. The front staff is friendly and checks me in quickly. The waiting room is clean and inviting.The imaging nurses are friendly, communicate in a way that makes having the imaging done easier with how they need to position me. The wait time was quick scheduling was easy. Over all I will choose this facility again for appointments in the future.
My orders were messed up and I sat there for an hour and a half before anything was addressed. Then kept messing up and didn’t send my orders to my doctor and almost had to cancel my surgery. Very frustrating and caused a lot of undo stress before my surgery.
Great experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
Over 2 hrs waiting for mammogram. Poor customer service with staff. I had to do their job to get what I needed done. I even stopped in the office a week before my appointment to make sure everything was good to go. Do damn better!
