Welp, I couldnt get through after calling multiple times to make an appointment; could not speak to anyone as when I waited on hold as soon as it rang to an agent I was immediately disconnected. This happend 4 times in a row and wasted over 1/2 hour. I ended up booking at another urology practice instead.
Was told the earliest they could slot me in was 6 weeks out and then they canceled my appointment a few days before. Now I can't get ahold of them to try to reschedule.
Unless you need complete guidance and control over your decision, avoid this place. I called to get an estimate for a procedure, was told I wouldn't know if I needed it or not. I would have to consult with a doctor first who would tell me what I do or don't need and then they'll bill me for it later. Respectfully, NO. This concerted lack of clarity is why so many don't trust the medical establishments.
Dr. Boren is really great.
