Completely useless. Why are they there? Additionally, even if they answer the phone, they hang up on you!
Went to this place frequently for vomitting episodes and recurring nausea and stomach pain. They wouldn't listen to me when I told them it wasn't IBS (later found out it was endo) and they kept giving me Zofran despite me saying it doesn't work on me. They also repeatedly gave me cough syrup that didn't work either despite my insistence that it didn't help. Been here on multiple occasions, never had an issue until today. REFUSED CARE TO ME!! Because I refused to to go to ER & use Wellstar Urgent care instead. I'm sure most people does this daily, due to cost, care, time restraints etc. I'm an adult not a child. You can recommend someone do something but doesn't mean refuse them care especially with pneumonia when a simple antibiotic could've been prescribed to clear it. Literally sick so bad on new year day . They was the only place I could find open and I was only there maybe like an hour the MA I had David was great he had me in and out everything was ready to go by the time I left and the PA I seen was amazing and did not just say here take some antibiotics
