Been here on multiple occasions, never had an issue until today. REFUSED CARE TO ME!! Because I refused to to go to ER & use Wellstar Urgent care instead. I'm sure most people does this daily, due to cost, care, time restraints etc. I'm an adult not a child. You can recommend someone do something but doesn't mean refuse them care especially with pneumonia when a simple antibiotic could've been prescribed to clear it. Literally sick so bad on new year day . They was the only place I could find open and I was only there maybe like an hour the MA I had David was great he had me in and out everything was ready to go by the time I left and the PA I seen was amazing and did not just say here take some antibiotics

Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
I have been to this location multiple times since 2022 & they have always helped and I have always had great interactions. Tonight George Delaney at the front desk went above and beyond for me, on top of his other duties. The nurses Sarafina Davis & Cierra Johnson were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable.
