This place is very unprofessional. My fiancé went to the grovetown location to get a urine test. They called him two days later to tell him his results was negative. Then the lady on the phone proceeds to ask him out and if he has a girlfriend. Like what ma’am? What kind of people are yall allowing to call clients to tell them personal information about themselves. Then turns around in hits on them. Y’all need to do better and watch who yall hire.
The doctor took forever to come into the room and they did a have half-a!s job on my labs or whatever it’s called I’ve been in pain for three days now I’m pretty sure the nurse I had didn’t know what she was doing worst doctor’s appointment I had in a while
This place is horrible, I am 6 months pregnant and just moved in the area. I have called multiple times (over 10 phone calls, I’m counting) trying to schedule an anatomy scan. I’ve been transferred multiple times to every possible section, ie: OBGYN, maternal fetal medicine, and imaging. All with an attitude of not wanting to help and passing me on to the next rep to avoid providing any assistance or clarification on what actions needs to be done, so I can be seen. CMA Yasmine did wonderful with my 16 month old daughter! My daughter usually screams while getting her vitals taken but the way Yasmine interacted with her she was excited to take her vitals! My daughter even had to go find her to say bye! Great experience during a tough time. Thank you Yasmine💜🙂
