The staff at the Douglasville urgent care is always very friendly and informative. Every time my wife or I have had a visit there we feel like we’re treated like family and taken very good care of. The urgent care has been such an asset to the Douglasville Community.
My experience with this facility is kinda mid I tried calling an appointment multiple times and nobody answers the phone I was on hold for the phone for 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer then call back again for another 5 minutes then an additional 5 minutes which is ridiculous then I called a different line of the number and still didn't get an answer deeply unprofessional for an urgent care facility and the time I went there I went in for a walk in and it took roughly 2 hours to get seen I don't understand why the ap... read more

I would like to take a moment to thank Nurse April, Quana and Nurse practitioner Tanyetta Brown, for the excellent care they provided to me this morning. My foot was severely swollen, and I was unable to bear weight on it. practitioner Brown quickly assessed the situation and developed a treatment plan. Tawana, the front desk associate was extremely nice and a great team player. This is my second time being treated at this particular location and I have nothing but positive feedback.
