The front office staff and support team were very good. The receptionist and staff up front were informative and attentive. One staff member even noticed another patient needed a blanket and addressed it right away, which I appreciated. The security guard was very kind, and the nurse I interacted with was also professional and pleasant. Overall, the non-provider staff made the environment feel supportive. Money was valued over patient care. I presented with a severe throat infection and had been hacking and coughing up phlegm for over 24 hours. After waiting 45 minutes, I was handed a $180 bill and told I had to pay before being seen or leave. No evaluation, no triage, no care. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible experience. Don’t bother to make an appointment all walk in patients will be treated ahead of you. No communication about the 1 hour 45 minute wait from appointment at 11:25 (I arrived at 11:15). Rude front desk staff handling patients who are just sick and in need of healthcare. I’ll never go back.
