I have never had anything bad to say about Wellstar all my doctors are there but I had two runs in with the doctor at this urgent care and each time she’s rude and nasty. First time she misdiagnosed me and said nothing was wrong second time my son went in for a physical she looked in his chart even before doing this physical and automatically failed him she’s nasty and rude. The Dr or PA on Staff today 5/5/2026 is rude and opinionated. I 10/10 would not recommend - front desk was nice, Dr leading them today - terrible.
I would not recommend anyone to this location! I was misdiagnosed by Veronica. My regular doctor informed me that the diagnosis they provided was inaccurate. I spoke with the supervisor and billing department to receive a credit and Wellstar agreed to provide me with a credit on January 9th. It is now March18th and I never received a credit and have been going back and forth with the billing department for all of this time. I am extremely disappointed and offended by Veronica the NP. POOR beside manner and COLDNESS ! No empathy! She treated me like I was lying and there ONLY for a work excuse. I am a fellow Wellstar nurse and have been sick for 3 weeks, when I was seen at the employee get well clinic on Tuesday my walking O2 was 87 and HR was in the 120’s. Popped in Monday nite, Dec 8th. Courteous prompt service. 5 min wait time, it was 7:25, they close @ 8. I didn't feel rushed, I was kindly checked in, assigned a room, nurse practitioner entered, professional. I shared my symptoms, she chkd vitals, at that time I was good...was only able to get in one dose of meds & my situation escalated. I had to go to the ER early the next AM.
