Making the earliest available reservation just to be told there is a 1-hour and 30-minute wait time is insane. You would think the receptionist would call and let families know this ahead of time but of course, they don't!
I was told great things about this facility, sadly while the care was great, I was told they didn't accept my insurance and that I would be self pay. I was asked to pre-pay, which I did with no indication there would be any additional amount owed at that time, prior to a minor "procedure" being done, or upon checking out. Two days later I was sent a bill for almost $500 that no one had bothered to tell me I would owe.
