The wait was long, but was overshadowed by the staff's kindness and professionalism. Brittany was great,discussing all aspects of my condition interventions. Dayshawn was extremely concerned and helped me through the process even discouraging me from leaving- which I'm glad he did. It was an overall great experience here.
I just went to this urgent care because I am here from out of town and don’t have a local doctor. I cannot speak on the quality of care due to the complete disregard for patient privacy and information security. Upon checking in you are asked for your license and to fill out an intake form. The form asks details like annual salary, SSN, employer name and address, etc. I understand this is standard information, so I completed the form and returned it to receptionist. During my visit everyone was very informative and helpful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was in and out within 30 minutes and got the help I needed.
Came into Wellstar in Stockbridge for my vision and upon coming and being nervous two ladies that work here was nothing but the best ! The service was beyond amazing , quick and simple ! Thank you ladies Ms. May, Chloe and Brittany
