When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t greet me. I stood for a moment while the other staff looked at me with raised eyebrows. Instead, she gave me a smirk and paused for a moment before saying, 'Isabella? Hmm, it's 2:16.' I had walked in at right at 2:15, and I swear she waited until the clock turned to 2:16 to address me. I walked out with a rescheduled appointment at 2:17. I had called ahead to let her know I’d be 15 minutes late, and she said that was fine. I made it in time, but this just felt unnecessarily petty.

I went in to the office and have also done a virtual call. Dr.Lee has been great. He listens and addressed my concerns. What I also would like to mention is how phenomenal the staff is. Absolutely a delight to interact with everyone. Both in person, on the phone and even the medical assistant during my virtual call. They are cheerful and funny and warm.

I recently visited Dr. Lee on the recommendation of my primary care physician, hoping to address some growing health concerns. I was upfront and honest about my symptoms, expecting to receive attentive care. Unfortunately, Dr. Lee was incredibly dismissive and seemed uninterested in my concerns.
