Very accommodating and transparent about this billing. I had to call and get the specifics of my treatment coverage from my insurance before going there to make sure they follow. But once I told them exactly what I needed and should be done the provider followed my instructions. Remember you are in charge of your health not the provider. They’re there to make money!
This was hands down the WORST medical experience of my life. I went in for a follow-up after being hospitalized with three viruses and since I just switched insurance, I didn’t have a PCP yet. I figured I’d try Wellstar which ended up being a complete and utter waste. The nurse who did my intake didn’t know what “epinephrine” was, couldn’t spell “rhinovirus,” and kept laughing while asking me to repeat myself and spell out actual BASIC medical terms. Dr. Dehghany is kind, attentive, and truly listens to her patients. She takes the time to explain things clearly and I always feel well cared for and confident in her medical advice. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and professional primary care doctor.
I love the hours this practice is open. Great for folks with 9-5 jobs. The doctors and practitioners listen and answered any questions I had.
I unfortunately must also leave a review about this location's problematic billing, And not recommended to anyone, especially uninsured working folks. I recommended a friend of mine this clinic because I had a good experience As someone with insurance, And they provided an estimate and assured him multiple times of the bill when he left location.
