If you have a lot of time to waste, this is the dr office for you! Never had any issues with the urgent care side, but the primary care side has problems. They can't draw blood or order labs properly. Then, they screw up scheduling. Attached photo: email states my appointment was changed from 11 to 1:30. Got there at 1:15. I was treated like I was lying and missed my apt time at 11. Clearly the email states my apt was changed to 1:30. I have better things to do with my time. The attending PA there last night (Will D) was awesome! He reviewed past chart notes of my condition, actually listened and absorbed the information. He got a consult from a peer specialist regarding my condition and promise to call me back with more information when he had some time which he actually did! As a result of his direction, I had the first good nights sleep in weeks and am pain-free and symptom free this morning! Highly recommend Dr. Will D and this business. -Ken Wilson

I stopped in there today around 1:15 because I broke my wrist and wanted to have it checked. The two front desk girls were on their phones, one curled up in her chair (girlA) and the other (girl B) sprawled out in hers. I, unprompted, told them what my issue was and asked them if they did X-rays there. Girl A hesitated and then said she thought so and Girl B said they can’t because she thinks the X-ray person is gone. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. My husband and I just left there today (aug 24 at 3:50 pm). He needed to be seen because his arm was in pain. He couldn’t even get seen due to the laziness of the front desk receptionist. She refused to give us any information so we can get an approval from our insurance to be seen there. She had a bad attitude the whole time ! We wasted one hour just waiting because she didn’t wanna help him (probably because they close at 4:30 and wanted to make sure she got out on time).
