My son had a great experience with the PT but $752 for one visit is insane. I even called to verify that the bill was correct. Please be transparent with patients about pricing beforehand.
Jessica Johnson is awesome! During the COVID shutdown, I had an extremely painful bulging disc in my neck. Jessica was very empathic, and it was very apparent that she cared about the well-being of her patients. She checked on me between visits and even after I completed my treatment. She is by far the best Healthcare provider I've ever had
DO THEY EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! It goes straight to voicemail. Maybe hire a company to answer your calls if you’re so busy! Horrible service and I haven’t even started!
Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found the team at Wellstar Physical Therapy. My doctor wrote me a prescription for PT as I was experiencing tingling in my hands and feet. When I finally was able to get an appt, the therapist said, she did not feel comfortable treating. My OB had sent a referral for me to get PT, due sciatica. I have preeclampsia and the therapist said, if I have High blood pressure, she will not treat me. My believe is she wanted to leave early. My appt was for 3 pm, but secretary as me if I can come either at 11:30 or 2:30. When I said I couldn't, cause I had an specialist appt, she didn't want to treat me.
