My son had a great experience with the PT but $752 for one visit is insane. I even called to verify that the bill was correct. Please be transparent with patients about pricing beforehand.
Jessica Johnson is awesome! During the COVID shutdown, I had an extremely painful bulging disc in my neck. Jessica was very empathic, and it was very apparent that she cared about the well-being of her patients. She checked on me between visits and even after I completed my treatment. She is by far the best Healthcare provider I've ever had
DO THEY EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! It goes straight to voicemail. Maybe hire a company to answer your calls if you’re so busy! Horrible service and I haven’t even started!
