Wasted our time just to tell us in the front desk that it needs to be canceled because he’s not 18months yet and they made the schedule. My son is on the vent and our time just got wasted and my son just got tired for nothing. And every time we have a doctors appointment we wait for 1-2hours when we have a scheduled appointment so what’s the point of it.

⭐ One Star I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff while trying to reschedule my child’s appointment. The receptionist, who I believe was named Avlon, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Regardless of the circumstances, the way a parent is treated when trying to manage their child’s care should be respectful and courteous. Our family has had an outstanding experience with Wellstar Pediatrics East Cobb. From the front desk staff to the nurses and physicians, every member of the team has treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. Our newborn son, Sidiqi, recently needed to be seen for a skin irritation, and Dr. V was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer every question we had.
