The hospital and doctors are good but they should respect more on the patients' time. We've been visiting the same provider for 3 years in a row. First year, waited for 1.5-2 hrs in the examine room before the doctor entering. Second year, 40 minites and this year for over an hour, after asking the desk for twice. We had our appointment made, everything should be on schedule. If every time, the waiting has to be this long, what is the point for the appointment.
Once again I am infuriated by the office staff at this practice. The doctors are amazing but over the years the office staff has repeatedly been rude & difficult to deal with. Their scheduling rules are impossible to work around with school schedules & multiple children. About once a year I get fed up with the office staff & consider changing doctors but then we see the actual doctor (who is great) and then don’t make the change. I have a newborn and I have had a wonderful experience coming here. All staff has been friendly and good to me and baby. Dr.Blackwell-Ford Is amazing and accommodating. My baby loves coming here and is always so calm and relaxed. I can’t imagine taking my baby anywhere else
