Very responsive. They have been wonderful to work with throughout my son’s care with them. No complaints.
My son has been in their care for epilepsy for almost a year and we have had nothing but a great experience every time! He see’s the PA Ms. Jessica and she is amazing always encourages to ask questions and is always very nice and friendly she never rushes through his appointments even if it’s just a follow up. Friendly staff never have had a problem and always call me back. Also, have a direct number to the nurse.
The Doctor and PA here are excellent. Absolutely thorough, and friendly as can be. It's just the one lady that answers phones, and the nurse. It's a staff thing. Don't knock the doctors. They are great. I have had some bad experiences with Wellstar lately, but these guys are bringing me back. Just give them a try.
