If I could change my previous rating, I would!! The support staff is great. I had to wait an hour for a scheduled appointment. Psychiatrist is arrogant, condescending, has no customer service skills, he doesn't listen, lacks understanding, lacks empathy, he is dismissive, rushes through sessions, and has no considerations. This review is specifically for Michelle Cook, who works in management at this Wellstar location. Ms. Cook went above and beyond to help me sort out a billing issue with Medicaid. When we first spoke, I was extremely frustrated, and admittedly I took that frustration out on her.
