This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an emergency department. From entering the waiting room to being discharged we were there no more than an hour and a half. Every single person working there treated my baby with the utmost care and kindness. I hope we don’t have to go back, but if my kiddos are ever in need of emergency care, I would absolutely bring them back here.

I was skeptical at first to go to the ER because of the previous reviews(regardless of how old the other reviews were), but it was an emergency. Wellstar Paulding Pediatric ER was great! Clean, attentive, staff friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor on shift was very helpful, kind, and attentive. The kind of service a parent needs at a time of worries for the little one. Thank you

This hospital staff is terrible. Lazy. Lazy. No initiative. Boarderline racist. Service is worse than McDonald’s. Attitudes. No sympathy.

My 18 month old gashed his forehead open and the Peds ER department, was nothing but greet with him ! They were so patient with him and work fast and efficiently. They fed him unlimited ice pops! They definitely exceeded my ecxpectations they got my baby all stitched up and sent us on our way !
