I was skeptical at first to go to the ER because of the previous reviews(regardless of how old the other reviews were), but it was an emergency. Wellstar Paulding Pediatric ER was great! Clean, attentive, staff friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor on shift was very helpful, kind, and attentive. The kind of service a parent needs at a time of worries for the little one. Thank you
This hospital staff is terrible. Lazy. Lazy. No initiative. Boarderline racist. Service is worse than McDonald’s. Attitudes. No sympathy.
My 18 month old gashed his forehead open and the Peds ER department, was nothing but greet with him ! They were so patient with him and work fast and efficiently. They fed him unlimited ice pops! They definitely exceeded my ecxpectations they got my baby all stitched up and sent us on our way !
I have taken all 3 of my children here and they are always super nice. Mainly the wait is long when you are waiting on results, but other than that every thing goes pretty quickly. I appreciate the kindness we receive when ever we have to come.
