They set an appointment and no one showed up to open the office. No one called to cancel, just waited in parking lot with 2 other people with appointments and no one opened the office.
The front desk Taylor is the most rudest unprofessional person. She could accommodate the person In front of me with the same exact issue but couldn’t with me. Someone needs to take her job. Nasty rude lady!!!
