Cold uninviting staff and uncomfortable waiting area. Dr Steenage is completely uncaring and not good with needles. I’ve had shots in my knees before but they never hurt like it did when he administered it! Felt like his hand was unsteady and he was digging it around in there. He also refused to call in anything to help with pain. All I asked for was lidocaine patches because I can’t take pain medication at all. Worst orthopedic doctor ever!
WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF AND WALKED OUT. I am almost 9 months pregnant and drove an hour to this appointment. I don't know why they tell patients to arrive 15 minutes early just to make them wait over an hour to be seen. After 30 minutes of waiting I should have been told it will be another hour wait but there was zero communication until I walked out of the room to see what was taking so long and I was then told that something came up and if I want to reschedule it will be a while before there is availability again. Be aware if you have asthma!!! All the nurses were using fragrances and in the reception they were fuming scents. Thanks for the migraine seizure triggered by them. The doctor was professional. Some sort of flies were flying in the room.
