I was 5 minutes late after the 15 minutes grace period due to an accident on the highway. After coming from Covington they told me I couldn’t be seen. I called no one answered when I tried to notify them of the accident. It was a waste of my time and gas and I was late to work!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from this OBGYN office. Throughout my pregnancy, I repeatedly reported severe headaches and concerns about my symptoms, but I felt my complaints were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Despite multiple visits and ongoing issues, no meaningful action was taken until I ended up in the ER for the third time. My experience is usually a 9/10 experience. However I just recently had a miscarriage and had called in to notify my doctor. A nurse took my info and put me on hold for about 2 minutes. Then another nurse picked up the call and asked me my reason for calling. I stated I was waiting for the previous nurse because I had given her all my info and was trying to get to my doctor.
