Dr. Greaves listens and takes the time to go over treatment options. If I have questions after the appointment, I can send an email and it is answered very quickly and a plan is put in place. The staff is very sweet. It's a comfortable caring office.
I started using these doctors during COVID because I wanted a location close to me. Each appointment, they asked me to remove my top for a breast exam, and did not seem to understand that I had a mastectomy, so there were no breasts to examine. On top of that, they ordered a mammogram each time I visited (again, I have had a mastectomy). The doctor told me that Women stop using estrogen patches at my age and took me off this medication. Dr. Graves is the best OBGYN doctor's she has been my doctor for several years . She is one of the most knowledgeable and caring person. I can’t imagine not having her as my doctor
