Expect to wait a long time even with an appointment, but the doctors, nurses, front desk, MAs and radiology techs are all extremely kind and caring. They always make sure to ask me a lot of questions about what’s going on and make sure I leave with a solution. Thank you!!!
The wait times are EXTREMELY LONG . When I arrived, there was only one patient in the waiting room. I’m unsure how many patients were being seen in the back, but once I was finally taken to an exam room, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the doctor. I even got up to ask the receptionist for an approximate wait time and was told that I was next to be seen. Despite that, the wait continued. I have had occasion to visit this facility (Vinings Health Park) several times with family members, or just myself, and have always had a positive experience with the staff and doctors. We value the care we are able to receive here when we cannot get in to see our primary care physicians.
