I have had occasion to visit this facility (Vinings Health Park) several times with family members, or just myself, and have always had a positive experience with the staff and doctors. We value the care we are able to receive here when we cannot get in to see our primary care physicians.
The wait times are EXTREMELY LONG . When I arrived, there was only one patient in the waiting room. I’m unsure how many patients were being seen in the back, but once I was finally taken to an exam room, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the doctor. I even got up to ask the receptionist for an approximate wait time and was told that I was next to be seen. Despite that, the wait continued. I’m a single father with 3 children 2 of them being girls. We moved here from Mobile, Alabama this facility was highly recommended by several people I’ve met. Every time I’ve visited the Atlanta Rd office It was an overly impressive experience. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the Atlanta Rd office and to tell you the truth the feeling of being welcomed, the attentiveness and bedside manner of the workers is through the roof much greater than what I’ve heard. This is the place for medical attention when you cannot get to your PCP. The treatment is excellent and the staff is first-rate.
Dr. Sabharwal was very sweet. Our visit was extremely pleasant. Our MAs were wonderful. Overall everyone was friendly including front desk.
