Our first time meeting with Dr. Mendez. She was very professional and pleasant. Very knowledgeable, patient, great listener and addressed all concerns with respect, and a Smile, even on a very controversial topic. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Pediatrician for their child.
I told them I would be 7 mins late they said it was fine, while I was checking my newborn baby in they told me to just go to urgent care that’s fine but why didn’t they call me to tell me this instead of allowing me to waste my time and gas.
This place wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to wait for a long time i suggest you pick another location and also the staff wasn’t the best either, no empathy and just cold, I would never come to this location ever again.
