My son had an appointment today that was cancelled Automative by their system when we did not receive any calls or text to my phone or his to cancel or except the appointment.. The receptionist was very RUDE , my son took off work!!! Lost money only to be told we cancelled an appointment!! This is THE MOST WONDERFUL DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. My Dr Sandy McGaffigan is my most favorite Doctor in the universe!!!!! Not only is she an expert in her field, extremely intelligent, very professional, on time, but she is also the kindest most caring person I have ever met. I see her for several medical conditions but she makes me not only get better, but she also makes me want to keep fighting and live when I don't want to. Her nurse Lori is also great. The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my face as I was trying to understand the difference in my mother in law being a new patient or a transfer from another neurologist. She would still be a new patient. Please do not take your family members here. If she can be rude and nasty and disrespectful to someone she's never met, I can best bet she's rude to their current patients.
