I’d give this zero stars if I could! I arrived today around 2 o’clock after I severely cut my left hand on a glass. I walked in and was sobbing and very distressed, and struggling to give my information. The rather unsympathetic receptionist sat me down and told me it would be a minute. After a minute or two, a nurse came and got a very calm girl that was waiting in the (mostly empty) lobby and came in after me for (what I would later learn would be for) her physical.
