This practice failed me as a woman and as a human being. I was given outdated and incomplete information that turned out to be inaccurate, which led to an irreversible surgery removing a still-functioning organ. I am writing this review to share my devastating experience with this practice. I was misled about my condition and believe I was not given a full disclosure of the risks involved in my procedure. As a result, healthy organs were unnecessarily removed, which has caused me permanent harm. When I tried to seek answers from the practice, my concerns were dismissed. I believe this reflects a serious issue with the practice's culture around patient transparency and care, and patients deserve much better.
Appreciate the care and concern I experience at this practice. The staff is friendly, efficient and I trust the care Dr. Keeling provides.
