The Nurse MaKayla was horrible! She asked my husband after his outpatient surgical procedure if he wanted apple sauce or gram crackers. Originally he responded apple sauce but then said gram crackers. As his wife I asked if he have both? MaKayla stated it’s one or the other. I responded oh, he can only have one…”she responded he’s my patient NOT you. As his wife my TOP priority is his overall care including after procedure care! Everyone in the practice is friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and then took the time to explain a plan for my care going forward. They made me feel very comfortable.
