I’ve had to get my tubing changed out 3 times in 6 months which has never happened before in 24 years of having hearing aids. it’s been aggravating since they always out you on an insane hold so i just dropped by since i was in the area. yes i did go through tubing faster as a baby and toddler since i was growing but since i was 12 i’ve only had to change them 2 times a year. i’m not sure if they have like a new brand of tubing or if the technician wasn’t doing it right idk what was wrong but it’s incredibly frustrating. thi... read more

The nurses were wonderful. Physicians are knowledgeable and friendly but I felt a bit rushed by them. Their front desk/medical assistants could be better at picking up the phone. Everything is clean. Overall a good place.

Felt judged right away when the Dr. asked why I came to this location and I told her it was due to timing with my work schedule and she said "This isn't a burger king, you can't just go where ever you want for [common issue]." The paperwork to fill out before hand was confusing, I heard another person struggling with it as well while in the waiting area.
