I’ve been a patient for many many years. It was great when it was Bridgemill family medicine. now I have literally called for three days trying to get an appointment and it is always tells me to call back. Why bother? Front desk staff rude. Looking for a new doc

Was very sick for a few days hoping it was just a cold but after it didn't get any better I called to make a same day appointment and they were very quick to see me, gave me Rx for antibiotics and a steroid (asthmatic) and sent me on my way. I was feeling better within 48hrs.

I've been holding off leaving a review for several years now. We have continued to make excuses for the extremely rude behavior, but I give up. Every interaction my wife or myself have ether on the phone or in person, is terrible. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else. You can check my other reviews, I never leave a bad review because I know how damaging it can be. But this needs to be said

I am done with going here. Joannie has to be one of the rudest nurse practitioners. She is condescending and hateful. She should NOT be working in this office. This office has gone downhill and no longer seem to care for their patients at all. They will talk over you on the phone and are rude. I saw a missed call and did not listen to the voicemail and immediately called back. I was advised Joanie would call me.
