Horrendous an hour and a half wait no empathy no sympathy rude interrupts the patient unable to express your concerns but Dr Rochelle Riley will interrupt a patient then won’t remember and have no Comprehensive skills to complete prescriptions insufficient services and focus on billing your insurance. This office cares about Padding the bill.

My only issue with this facility is that, the appointment wait time, is sometimes a long period,& they only have 1 person available for lab,at least, every time I request to have a urinalysis,rather than having to return to have it done during another appointment, or at another facility. However, on 7/1/25, no one was even available for me to simply urinate in a cup, to make sure there were no issues with my kidneys, due to blood in my urine , at a previous appointment.
