This office has been nothing but a pain since I started going to them. My first visit was a physical. I received a bill later from Quest diagnostics because the office ran the wrong test on me- one that wasn’t covered by insurance. It took months for them to acknowledge that they screwed up, and I don’t even think they completely took it off of my Quest account (their representative didn’t do something correctly.) I was treated as a number and not a person. I was moved 3 times post surgery as they looked for a clean room, the one I ended up in wasnt clean. Many nurses on each shift just come in and do thier chore and leave- blindly. One nurse was tasked to aid me in useing the restroom per the system she said but I had a foley. Medication aids came within the same hour. My room was cleaned once in 3 days during Covid era. Nobody cleaned thier hands coming or going. Overall poor experiance during important part of recovery. Can someone please explain to me why my wife has been admitted for 4 days and has still not seen the OB she was told she would see. Why won't you even answer the nurses numerous call to get you to help her. Dr. Grant, what kind of OB doctor are you to keep a patient waiting so long?! I'm letting the WORLD know what kind of doctor you are. CHECK ON MY WIFE!!
