I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment. Someone answered the phone, and as I was explaining my situation and the reason for my call, the call was disconnected. I called back multiple times afterward, but no one answered. I even tried calling from a different phone number, and those calls also went unanswered. Excelente servicio y profesionalismo. Los recomiendo con mi vida, ya que ellos la salvaron.
The doctors are wonderful but it is so hard to communicate with this office. I cannot schedule an appointment or send a message to them in my chart. The office never answers the phone and do not return calls. The last PA we saw did not follow up.
